OBrien Real Estate Group are an Australian agency with a strong presence in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs. As they continue to expand and grow, they require digital advertising strategies that help increase brand awareness and generate new leads. The OBrien team contacted Plezzel to help provide digital marketing strategies that work. Key goals included building greater brand exposure among relevant audiences and increasing appraisals and suburb report downloads directly from their website.

The Solution

The Plezzel team created a 6-month campaign utilising various tools and approaches. Our team created diverse, targeted ads for Facebook, Instagram and the Google Display Ad Network. Ads were tailored to support the brand awareness funnel to lead generation to lead capture, focusing on appraisal and suburb requests.

Results

Ads were viewed over 5 million times over the six months, indicating a successful brand awareness campaign. However, we were also successful in increasing website traffic, lead generation and increases in conversions with campaign activities directly achieving the following results:

The OBrien Real Estate website has seen the following website activity compared to the same period prior to the campaign commencement:

  • 27.95% increase in users
  • 24.48% increase in sessions
  • 1,697.69% increase in appraisal form submission
  • 8,040.14% increase in goal conversions, such as appraisal requests, suburb report previews, completed suburb reports and finding an agent
