Our new Titles Transaction Report gives you a concise, printer-friendly view of a property’s full title information and transaction history. Whether you're checking ownership details or meeting AML compliance requirements, it’s now easier to access and share essential title data. You can access the report on the property details page via the Title Information panel or the reports menu. It is also accessible via the report menu in the search results. The Titles Transaction Report is only available on Premium and Pro subscriptions.
Enhanced Map View: Visualise Schools and Flood Data
With the latest enhancements to Property Guru, you can now access essential schools and flood data map views on the property page.
School Data: Answer Client Questions with Confidence
School catchments play a significant role in property value, particularly for families. Our updated data provides detailed insights on school catchment areas and their proximity to a property, helping you answer client questions quickly and accurately. For clients open to a wider search, nearby schools are also highlighted, offering a comprehensive view.
Flood Data: Understand Risk at a Glance
Flood risks are another critical consideration. With new hazard awareness overlays, you can now see council flood layers for Auckland and Wellington directly on the map. This visualisation makes it easier to assess whether a property is in a flood-prone area and understand the potential impact on surrounding infrastructure like major roads. Flood features are only available on Premium and Pro subscriptions.
Permalinks – Make Collaboration Simple
Need to revisit or share your search with a colleague? When you have performed a search, just copy the URL in the browser window. It preserves all your search locations and filters, saving time and ensuring everyone’s on the same page.
